Cúc Phương National Park boasts a diverse ecosystem with thousands of plant and animal species. Some rare animals listed in the Red Book are now extinct elsewhere worldwide and can only be found in Cúc Phương. The park features ancient thousand-year-old trees and some caves that preserve traces of prehistoric humans, dating back between 7,500 and 12,000 years.
Visitors can tour the first primate rescue center in Indochina and learn about the rare primate species of Vietnam and the world.

What To Expect
Full-Day Trip
On this tour, you will explore and experience the Ninh Bình Bear Sanctuary, which currently cares for and rehabilitates 49 Asian black bears. You will also visit Cúc Phương National Park, the first primate rescue center in Indochina, where you can learn about the rare primate species of Vietnam and the world, as well as some ancient relics preserved in the area.
BRIEF ITINERARY:
8.30: Our car will pick you up at Chezbeohomestay then tour guide will take you to Endangered Primate Rescue center through beautiful countryside roads.
Explore the interactive bear exhibition with Skywalk tours alongside a professional guide from the facility. You will gain a deeper understanding of international standard care practices, the rescue journey of Asian black bears, and the issues of wildlife trafficking and transportation in Vietnam. You can also rent 'Bear-noculars' to get a closer view of the bears.
• Watch the film “Peace, Come Home” at the Bình Yên Theater.
• In a cozy and tranquil vegetarian dining space, you can enjoy exquisite dishes that reflect the unique identity of the Xăm community.
• Visit the souvenir shop featuring products crafted by local artisans from nearby villages.
13.00: Return to the Skywalk to watch the bears having lunch and playing from above.
15.00: Arrive at Cuc Phuong National Park, you will visit Turtle Conservation Program and Botanical garden.
16.00: Then you will explore ancient caves of prehistoric humans.
17.00: Return to Chezbeohomestay. Tour ends.
